TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WEBSITE
§ 1
Definitions
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the following meanings:
GH Development 14 – GH Development 14 limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw, at Al. Jerozolimskie 44, 00-024 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0001039993, NIP: 5252959443, REGON: 525518495.
Personal data provided by the customer via the contact form in the Service are processed.

Service Terms and Conditions – these Terms and Conditions;

Indigital – INDIGITAL WE TRUST Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Targowa 67/2, Warsaw;
Service – all functionalities related to services provided electronically, made available by GH Development 14 (together with subpages);
User – any adult natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality using the Service. A User may also be a natural person without full legal capacity who is at least 16 years of age, subject to obtaining the consent of their legal representative. GH Development 14 shall not be liable for the actions or consequences of actions of persons referred to in the preceding sentence if they acted without the consent of their legal representative;
Materials – any information, works, markings, names, symbols, images, links, comments, avatars, entries, descriptions, captions, regardless of their form, nature, or method of recording or presentation, submitted, disclosed, published, or made available in the Service by the User;
Consumer – a natural person performing a legal act with GH Development 14 that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
§ 2
General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Service.
The entity providing electronic services within the Service is GH Development 14, and the entity administering the Service on behalf of GH Development 14 is Indigital.
Use of the Service takes place on the basis of these Terms and Conditions. If services are provided under separate specific regulations, the User will be required to review and accept them prior to their provision.
Before using the Service, the User is obliged to familiarize themselves with the content of these Terms and Conditions.
Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions constitutes confirmation that the conditions for using the Service have been met.
The Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge in a form that enables their recording.
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of law shall apply.
§ 3
Scope and Rules of Service Provision
Services are provided free of charge.
Within the Service, it is possible to:
a) browse, download, and view materials;
b) use contact forms.
The agreement for the provision of services:
a) is concluded upon acceptance of the Terms and Conditions;
b) in the case of a form – at the moment of its use.
The Consumer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the provision of services has commenced before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
§ 4
Use of the Service. User Obligations
The User is obliged to use the Service in accordance with the law and these Terms and Conditions.
Actions that infringe the rights or interests of GH Development 14 or third parties are prohibited.
It is prohibited to provide unlawful or misleading content.
GH Development 14 shall not be responsible for the content of third-party websites.
GH Development 14 shall not be liable, inter alia, for damages resulting from improper use of the Service.
Information provided in the Service is for informational purposes only.
§ 5
Technical Requirements
In order to use the Service, the following are required:
a) a browser supporting HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript;
b) Internet access;
c) an e-mail account.
GH Development 14 does not guarantee the accuracy of colors displayed in photographs.
The availability of the Service depends on the hardware and software configuration.
GH Development 14 may introduce technical changes.
Technical interruptions may occur.
GH Development 14 shall not be liable for failures beyond its control.
GH Development 14 may discontinue the provision of services at the request of authorized entities.
§ 6
User Personal Data

Copyright and Other Intangible Rights
All rights to the Service belong to GH Development 14.
Use of the content is permitted solely for personal use.
Violation of rights may result in civil and criminal liability.
§ 8
Complaints
Complaints may be submitted in writing to the following address:
Al. Jerozolimskie 44, 00-024 Warsaw
A complaint should include the User’s details and a description of the issue.
Formal deficiencies will result in a request to supplement the complaint.
A response will be provided within 30 days.
Failure to respond within this period shall be deemed acceptance of the complaint.
§ 9
Final Provisions
GH Development 14 may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent permitted by law.
Continued use of the Service after amendments constitutes acceptance thereof.
Amendments shall be published at least 14 days in advance.
The applicable law shall be Polish law.
Any disputes shall be resolved by common courts.
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
